Shipping and Return Policies

Delivery Lead Times:

Our couriers will respect and follow all government and barangay mandated Community Quarantine guidelines. In light of this, some areas may experience longer delays in shipping. We will do our best to keep you updated of any changes and delays in shipping days.

Order cut-off is at 7:00 AM on business days. Orders made after 7:00 AM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 12:00 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

The standard delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 1 to 2 Working Days
  • Luzon – 5 to 8 Working Days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 7 to 14 Working Dates (Except Cebu City)
  • Cebu City – 12 to 19 Working Days

Please expect delays on delivery for the following areas (Cebu, Dumaguete, Bohol, Davao, and Zamboanga) due to the effect of the recent typhoon Odette.


Shipping Fee:

We offer free shipping on all orders purchased P3000 and above through our online store ( All additional shipping charges for any reason of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer.

Fees required for Vehicles 4WD / Closed Van Trucks to enter the client’s premises are not covered in the shipping fee and will not be shouldered by Focus Global Inc.


Carriers Used And Delivery Time:

Majority of orders are shipped by a third party courier. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.


Problems and Exceptions:

If an item is returned to Focus Global Inc. by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.

If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Zip Top Philippines via email at and provide the order number for resolution.

Multiple Item Orders – We will ship multiple item orders with only 1 order ID, but each item has a separate courier booking and a tracking number.

Note: We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order if the item has already been shipped. If shipped, we will be unable to process your cancellation request and the item will be delivered to its destination

Return Policy:

Only products purchased from our online store ( are covered by this Return Policy. We only accept the conditions below:

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we will replace the damaged part.
  • If the item arrived defective, it will be covered under our Warranty Policy.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will pull it out and reship the correct item.

All return requests are subject to approval and must be made within 30 days from the date you received the item. Please send us an email at with the following information to avoid any delays in the review and approval process.

  • Reason for return, including photos or videos of the problem
  • Your Order ID
  • Your Name, Email, Address, and Daytime Phone Number

The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process before your refund can be processed.


Refund Policy:

Your account will be credited within 7-10 business days once the item has passed the final evaluation process.

There are no fees to process refunds. However, payment transaction and shipping fees are non-refundable.
